We recently took a trip down to Woburn to meet the lead physio's from the European tour, in their mobile performance unit.The guys have been using the KO8 for a few month's so it was great to finally meet them all, and exchange training methods specific to golf. Having said that I found it really interesting that most of the top golfers train in much the same way you would see other athletes, similar movement patterns, mobility drills and techniques. It's an exciting time to be involved in such a global push towards optimising human movement, in all walks of life!

This week we had a top session with KO8 ambassador Mike Wilkinson, taking him through a lot of mobility work and going through some brutal conditioning drills to focus on explosive power in a pre fatigued state.Mike only talks in terms of 'when',  no 'ifs' or 'maybes' and I think that is something we can really learn from fighters and athletes, an unrelenting self belief that you're going to reach your goals. Today's workout is going to be focusing on pushing the pecs, often times overlooked in terms of functionality as people see the chest as merely aesthetic ( I'm on the beach bro) training. But that's a BIG misconception as a strong chest and triceps will have many crossover benefits when it comes to sports, especially the likes of Rugby, MMA and American Football.Also try and make the most of the good weather while you can, obviously you can use your KO8 at the gym or at home with the door anchor point, but when you can, get outdoors! In today's circuit we're taking you through a full body 3 movement workout, with a big emphasis on the transfer of energy from one side of the body to the other.
