Chest & Tri's!

Today's workout is going to be focusing on pushing the pecs, often times overlooked in terms of functionality as people see the chest as merely aesthetic ( I'm on the beach bro) training. But that's a BIG misconception as a strong chest and triceps will have many crossover benefits when it comes to sports, especially the likes of Rugby, MMA and American Football.

Also try and make the most of the good weather while you can, obviously you can use your KO8 at the gym or at home with the door anchor point, but when you can, get outdoors! We looove us some nature at KO8.
